Midlands based housing association, Accord, has taken handover of the first eight affordable homes it will be managing on behalf of Legal & General.
Accord is one of 14 housing associations partnering with Legal & General to manage its pipeline of 3,500 affordable homes across the UK. These eight 2 bedroomed properties in Wolverhampton mark the start of Accord’s and L&G’s partnership.
Sara Woodall, Executive Director of Homes and Communities at Accord, says: “We are really pleased to take on the management of these new affordable homes in Wolverhampton on behalf of Legal & General. Accord has over 1400 homes in the Wolverhampton area and we know these eight new properties will be very well received by local people needing, safe affordable homes.”
